• This wine is made with 100% Tempranillo grapes sourced from vines yielding no more than 5,500kg per hectare located in the middle part of the vineyard.
• Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats.
• Unfiltered and unfined, the wine is put into barrel and aged for 12 months, undergoing three rackings. 20% of the barrels are replaced with new ones each year. 50% American oak and 50% French oak.
• Tasting comments: A black cherry colour. Aromas of black fruits, plums and subtle mineral notes. Round and silky on the palate with sweet, polished tannins.
